Boeing Tells 7th Circ. Dreamliner Case Rightly Tossed

Law360, New York (October 29, 2012, 6:40 PM EDT) -- An ill-fated securities fraud class action brought by an Illinois city pension fund that claimed Boeing Co. misled investors about the production schedule for its 787 Dreamliner was rightly dismissed, the aircraft maker told the Seventh Circuit on Friday.

In March 2011 Judge Suzanne B. Conlon of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois nixed the suit, brought by the City of Livonia Employees' Retirement System, with prejudice
