Law360, Philadelphia (October 30, 2012, 1:51 PM EDT) -- Two plaintiffs in the multidistrict litigation over alleged birth defects from the prenatal use of Zoloft asked a Pennsylvania federal judge to remand their case to California state court Monday, contending that a California distributor of the drug should be joined to the case.
