Ceglia's Atty In Facebook Civil Suit Asks To Withdraw

Law360, New York (October 30, 2012, 7:30 PM EDT) -- The attorney for the plaintiff in a civil fraud suit accusing Facebook Inc. founder Mark Zuckerberg of breaching a contract offering him half of the company asked a New York magistrate judge to be relieved as counsel, less than a week after the man was charged with fabricating the contract.
