Ex-Carter's Exec Says Feds Can't Use Ropes & Gray Interview

Law360, New York (October 30, 2012, 5:36 PM EDT) -- A former Carter's Inc. executive accused of helping the children's clothing marketer understate its expenses by $16 million asked a federal judge Tuesday to prevent prosecutors from using statements he gave Carter's attorneys at Ropes & Gray LLP during an internal investigation before he was indicted.
