Samsung Wants Apple To Pinpoint Juror-Misconduct Discovery

Law360, New York (October 30, 2012, 8:14 PM EDT) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. on Tuesday asked a federal court to compel Apple Inc. to show when it first learned of misconduct by the foreman of the jury that awarded Apple a $1 billion verdict in the patent infringement battle between the companies.
