Detroit Tigers Target Clothing Co.'s 'Tokyo Tigers' Mark

Law360, New York (October 31, 2012, 2:41 PM EDT) -- The Detroit Tigers last week targeted a British clothing company seeking to register a trademark for its “Tokyo Tigers” apparel line, with the Major League Baseball team saying that allowing such a mark would generate confusion among the public.
