Law360, New York (October 31, 2012, 4:29 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Tuesday resurrected a challenge to a Texas law barring the use of the term “workers’ compensation” in connection with business services, finding that the statute may unconstitutionally deny free speech rights to the attorney operating the Texas Workers’ Compensation Law Blog.
