DR Horton Suit Against Travelers Over $40M Judgment Trimmed

Horton Inc.’s indemnification suit against Travelers Indemnity Co. will continue despite a Colorado federal judge’s Wednesday ruling eliminating multiple claims filed by both parties seeking Travelers’ contribution in a $40 million construction defect judgment against D.R. Horton.
