Oscar Winner’s Co. Accused Of $4M ‘Little Murder' Fraud

Law360, Los Angeles (November 1, 2012, 6:01 PM EDT) -- Investors sued Oscar-winning producer Graham King's company on Wednesday, alleging it fraudulently induced them to invest about $4 million in the 2011 film “Little Murder” by inflating foreign sales estimates.

Mind in Motion Entertainment Inc.. an Arizona company, says in a suit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court that GK Films LLC estimated sales for international distribution rights to the film at between about $5.1 million and $6.8 million.
