Ex-Penn State Head Charged With Conspiracy In Sandusky Case

Law360, Philadelphia (November 1, 2012, 2:48 PM EDT) -- The ousted head of Penn State University will be charged for his role in an alleged criminal conspiracy to cover up sexual abuse by former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky and to hamper the state's investigation into Sandusky's activity, Pennsylvania’s attorney general announced Thursday.
