Monolithic Settles Contract Suit Over O2 Patent Battle

Law360 (November 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Monolithic Power Systems Inc. and Taiwan Sumida Electronics Inc. have agreed to dismiss their claims against one another with prejudice, putting to rest a breach of contract battle stemming from O2 Micro International Ltd.'s patent infringement lawsuit against the Japanese company.
