Britney Spears' Ex-Manager Loses Defamation Case

Law360, Los Angeles (November 1, 2012, 10:23 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Thursday threw out former Britney Spears' manager Sam Lutfi's suit against the pop star and her parents, finding he had not presented evidence of defamation, breach of contract and battery that would allow a jury to decide in his favor.
