ING Wants ERISA Kickbacks Suit Tossed

Law360, New York (November 2, 2012, 7:57 PM EDT) -- ING Life Insurance & Annuity Co. on Thursday argued against a class of retirement plan administrators accusing the insurer of working out certain revenue-sharing agreements with mutual funds that allegedly violate the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
