COFC Lets Hawker Beechcraft's $355M Air Force Contract Stand

Law360, New York (November 2, 2012, 3:34 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims ruled Thursday that Sierra Nevada Corp. can't win back a $355 million U.S. Air Force contract awarded to Hawker Beechcraft Defense Co., saying the Air Force properly rescinded Sierra's contract after finding flaws in the contract process.
