3rd Circ. Rejects Newspaper's Bid For Poll Station Access

Law360, Los Angeles (November 2, 2012, 4:31 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Thursday rejected the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette’s bid to revive its First Amendment challenge to a Pennsylvania rule keeping the media 10 feet away from polling places, holding that a district judge properly dismissed the case and nullified a proposed settlement allowing limited access.
