6th Circ. Rules Allison Defendants Can Be Liable Under FERA

Law360, New York (November 2, 2012, 9:59 PM EDT) -- A Sixth Circuit ruling could hold defendants absolved in a landmark Supreme Court ruling liable for allegedly false claims dating to the 1980s following Friday’s holding that the Fraud Enforcement and Recovery Act can apply to ongoing litigation over claims submitted before its retroactive application date.
