Ex-NASA Lab Worker's Bias Suit Tentatively Nixed

Law360, New York (November 2, 2012, 6:39 PM EDT) -- The California judge overseeing a suit brought by a former worker at a NASA research laboratory who was allegedly fired for promoting intelligent design said Wednesday that he was leaning toward ruling against the plaintiff and in favor of the California Institute of Technology.

Judge Ernest Hiroshige directed counsel for the defendants to put together a proposed statement of decision and proposed judgment consistent with the tentative ruling against plaintiff David Coppedge, but did not shed much light on the court's reasoning.
