Calif. Court Tosses Bribery Charges In Developer Row

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 6:14 PM EST) -- A California appeals court on Wednesday affirmed the dismissal of bribery charges against a real estate executive accused of bribing his way into wrangling a $102 million settlement with San Bernardino County over certain flood control improvements his development company had performed.
