Hyundai Hit With Consumer Fraud Class Suit Over Fuel Errors

Law360, New York (November 2, 2012, 8:10 PM EDT) -- A day after Hyundai Motor America admitted to accidently overstating car fuel economy estimates, revealed by a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency review, the company was hit with a putative class action in Illinois state court Friday seeking damages for Consumer Fraud Act violations.
