EU Official Readying Cybersecurity Bill For Private Sector

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 7:49 PM EST) -- A European Union commissioner on Sunday revealed plans to introduce legislation that would require banks, Internet service providers and other entities to adopt risk management measures and share information with government agencies, in an effort to strengthen the bloc's cybersecurity protections.
