PBGC Shifts To More Targeted ERISA Enforcement

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 3:33 PM EST) -- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. on Friday announced changes to its enforcement efforts for preserving pension plans when companies shut down facilities that are aimed at targeting enforcement where plans are at risk, and reducing requirements where they are not.
