Six More Women Join $100M Forest Labs Bias Case

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 3:36 PM EST) -- Six women on Friday joined a $100 million New York gender discrimination class action against Forest Laboratories Inc., bringing to 10 the total number of sales representatives who say they were denied fair compensation and promotions by the drugmaker.
