MLB Indians Ask 6th Circ. To Revive Fatality Coverage Dispute

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 7:04 PM EST) -- The Cleveland Indians Baseball Co. LP on Friday asked the Sixth Circuit to revive an insurance coverage dispute over a fatal accident during a ballpark promotion, claiming an insurer failed to procure special events liability coverage the club had requested.
