National Union Seeks To Pare $15M UMG Coverage Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (November 5, 2012, 8:38 PM EST) -- American International Group Inc. affiliate National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., urged a California judge on Monday to throw out Universal Music Group Inc.'s claim that it wrongfully refused to cover a $15 million settlement in an unpaid royalties suit filed by trumpeter Chet Baker's estate.
