Warner Bros. Settles 'Green Lantern' Stunt Injury Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (November 5, 2012, 9:26 PM EST) -- A “Green Lantern” crew member whose lower body was crushed in a failed vehicle stunt during filming of the 2011 movie has settled his multimillion-dollar lawsuit against Warner Bros. Entertainment and a movie production company.

A settlement was reached Oct. 25 in special effects supervisor John Franco's suit alleging the negligence of Warner Bros. and Big Moose LLC caused him to suffer career-ending injuries including a crushed pelvis, hips, tibia, fibula and knees, according to court documents.
