Insurer Relaunches $650M TCPA Class Action Coverage Fight

Law360, New York (November 6, 2012, 4:04 PM EST) -- Indiana Insurance Co. on Monday renewed its bid to avoid coverage of a potential $650 million Telephone Consumer Protection Act class action, claiming in an Illinois federal court complaint that it owes at most $2 million in coverage under a disputed policy.
