Talent Agent Says CAA Must Arbitrate $5M Unpaid Bonus Row

Law360, New York (November 6, 2012, 4:54 PM EST) -- A talent agent on Monday asked a California state court to require his former employer, Creative Artists Agency LLC, to arbitrate more than $5 million in claims related to allegedly unpaid bonuses and vacation time, claiming the agency is going against the terms of an employment contract by refusing to arbitrate.
