Job Applicant Sues SOS International Over Consumer Report

Law360, New York (November 6, 2012, 8:03 PM EST) -- SOS International Ltd., which provides support operations to the U.S. government, was hit with a putative class action in Virginia federal court Thursday over allegations the company is improperly using consumer reports in its hiring practices.
