J&J Overtime Suit To Remain In Federal Court: Judge

Law360, New York (November 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has refused to move a proposed class action suit against Johnson & Johnson back to state court, in a decision that echoes the recommendations of a magistrate judge.

Judge Jose L. Linares of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey on Friday declined a request by plaintiff and former sales representative Joseph Faltaous to move the overtime suit back to the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County.
