Feds Join Suit Alleging Fluor DOE Contracts Violate FCA

Law360, New York (November 7, 2012, 2:54 PM EST) -- A Washington federal judge on Tuesday unsealed a whistleblower lawsuit claiming Fluor Corp. and others violated the False Claims Act and Byrd Amendment regarding contracts at the U.S. Department of Energy's Hanford, Wash., nuclear site, after the federal government announced it would join the litigation.
