9th Circ. Won't Hear Motorola's Microsoft Injunction Appeal

Law360, New York (November 7, 2012, 4:08 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday refused to rehear Motorola Mobility Inc.'s challenge to a ruling that blocked Motorola from enforcing an injunction against Microsoft Corp. in Germany while Motorola and Microsoft do battle over standard essential patents in Seattle.
