Andrews Kurth Adds Stanford To RE Co.'s Malpractice Suit

Law360, Houston (November 13, 2012, 9:30 PM EST) -- A Texas court on Friday ruled that a Stanford Financial Group subsidiary could be brought into a real estate company’s $10 million malpractice suit against Andrews Kurth LLP, which alleges the firm hid a Ponzi scheme being run by the client’s former tenant.
