Law360, New York (November 7, 2012, 6:04 PM EST) -- A group of Bhopal, India, residents asked the Second Circuit on Tuesday to overturn a lower court's ruling and hold Union Carbide Corp. liable for the release of hazardous waste at an Indian subsidiary's plant, arguing that the corporate relationship between the companies went beyond parent-subsidiary.
