Ex-Guidant Rep. Asks 1st Circ. To Revive Pacemaker FCA Suit

Law360, New York (November 7, 2012, 5:07 PM EST) -- A former Guidant Corp. employee on Tuesday asked the First Circuit to revive her False Claims Act suit alleging the company illegally paid kickbacks to doctors to install its pacemakers, saying a lower court had wrongly ruled that a previously filed complaint had barred her suit.
