Humana Fights Pharmacy's Medicare Payment Suit

Law360, Washington (November 7, 2012, 7:08 PM EST) -- Humana Inc. asked a Florida federal court on Wednesday to nix a putative class action accusing it of refusing to reimburse customers for drugs purchased at small, independently owned pharmacies, saying Congress has barred all legal grounds for the plaintiffs' Medicare Part D claims.
