Phone Contractor Wins $114M In Appeal Over Air Force Pact

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 3:59 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Thursday awarded Sufi Network Services Inc. more than $114 million in damages in a dispute with the U.S. Air Force over a botched telecommunications contract, ruling that a previous appeals board's $7 million award was too low given the extent of the breaches.
