Condo Owner, Rheem Bell End Central Park West Escrow Fight

Law360, New York (November 9, 2012, 1:42 PM EST) -- Daylight Properties Inc., owner of a condominium in one of New York City's most luxurious apartment buildings, on Thursday settled a breach of contract suit against Rheem Bell & Mermelstein LLP that sought to compel the release from escrow of the assignment of interest in the unit.
