Cancer Survivor Tells 9th Circ. Showtime Stole 'Big C' Script

Law360, Los Angeles (November 9, 2012, 5:55 PM EST) -- An attorney for cancer survivor Nancy Radin urged the Ninth Circuit on Friday to revive her copyright infringement suit against Showtime Networks Inc. over its series “The Big C,” saying similarities with her screenplay about a mother facing cancer meant the show’s creator might have seen Radin’s script.
