Citizens Financial Managers Satisfy Dukes In OT Suit: Judge

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 3:04 PM EST) -- A Massachusetts federal judge reiterated Friday that assistant branch managers at Citizens Financial Group Inc. deserve class status for their claims that the bank improperly denied them overtime, saying the employees meet the heightened standards created by Wal-Mart Stores Inc. v. Dukes.
