AMF Bowling Again Spins Into Ch. 11

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 3:50 PM EST) -- AMF Bowling Worldwide Inc. on Tuesday filed for bankruptcy in Virginia federal court for the second time in 11 years, saying it has reached a deal with lenders and the landlord of most of its bowling centers on a restructuring process.

The bowling center operator said under the agreement, it would reorganize through a first lien lender-led debt-for-equity conversion, depending on the possibility of better and higher offers.
