GAO Report Points To Contracting Impasse With VA

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 10:29 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office's annual bid protest report to Congress on Tuesday highlighted instances in which the Department of Veterans Affairs had ignored its recommendations on small-business contracting, part of an ongoing legal disagreement about the VA's obligations to set aside work for disabled veterans.
