St. Paul, Insurer End Coverage Suit Over $20M Contract Row

Law360, Chicago (November 13, 2012, 6:34 PM EST) -- St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co. has settled its California suit accusing Arrowood Surplus Lines Insurance Co. of refusing to share defense and indemnity costs stemming from American Renovation and Construction Co.'s multimillion-dollar contract dispute with the government, according to a filing entered online Tuesday.
