Jackson Family Dodges Sanctions In Suit Over Star's Death

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 8:21 PM EST) -- A California judge has declined concert promoter Anschutz Entertainment Group Inc.'s bid to sanction Michael Jackson's family members and their attorneys over leaked confidential documents in a suit over AEG's decision to hire the doctor convicted in the performer's death.
