NYISO Hits Back In $900M Power Line Project Tariff Dispute

Law360, New York (November 14, 2012, 6:26 PM EST) -- The New York Independent System Operator Inc. said Tuesday that Hudson Transmission Partners LLC hadn't proved that a proposed tariff on a $900 million project was unfair, asking federal regulators to deny the transmission line builder's bid to lift the tariff.
