Ex-Nixon Peabody Atty Convicted Of Obstructing Ponzi Probe

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 9:37 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday convicted a former Nixon Peabody LLP partner on prosecutors' claims that he helped cover up a Ponzi scheme by one of his clients by blocking an investigation by U.S. regulators into the scheme.
