Pryor Cashman Must Pay Atty Fees In $42M Malpractice Row

Law360, New York (November 14, 2012, 5:28 PM EST) -- A New York state court on Tuesday ordered Pryor Cashman LLP to pay attorneys' fees and costs for its “frivolous” repeat attempt to appeal a ruling preserving a malpractice suit over the firm's alleged failure to alert its employee benefit fund clients to a $42 million raid on its assets.
