NLRB Judge Slams Dish Network's Social Media Policy

Law360, New York (November 15, 2012, 8:26 PM EST) -- A National Labor Relations Board judge ruled Wednesday that a Dish Network Corp. policy forbidding employees from making disparaging statements about the company on social media sites or engaging in negative electronic discussions on “company time” ran afoul of federal labor law.
