Suit Pared In Row Over ConAgra's 'Natural' Wesson Claims

Law360, New York (November 15, 2012, 8:28 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Thursday tossed several state claims in a proposed class action against ConAgra Foods Inc. that alleges it labeled Wesson cooking oils made from genetically modified plants as 100 percent natural, allowing the class to amend remaining claims under federal and New Jersey consumer protection statutes.
