Insurers Sued To Defend Contractor In NY Firefighter Deaths

Law360, New York (November 15, 2012, 9:46 PM EST) -- Two insurers were hit with a lawsuit Thursday by a construction contractor accusing them of wrongfully denying it defense coverage in underlying personal injury suits stemming from a 2007 fire at a Deutsche Bank AG building near Ground Zero that killed two firefighters and injured others.
