Court Upholds NLRB Ruling On Smithfield Union Claims

Law360, New York (November 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appellate court has refused to overturn a National Labor Relations Board ruling that cleared Smithfield Foods Inc. from claims that it illegally videotaped union organizers and that high-level managers threatened to close the plant because of unionizing efforts.
